 PRICE apartments
The farmhouse and the hayloft of the “Ponticello” farm have been carefully restored in order to keep the architectural features of rural Tuscan buildings and have become a comfortable ‘agriturismo’ which opened on 30th May 2005. The ‘agriturismo’ is situated on a little hill near a stream, in a sunny position, surrounded by the greenery of the woods,and overlooking the olive groves and the meadows.
The completely renovated apartments still feel like old farmhouses: the wooden beamed ceilings, the large rooms and the old family furniture provide our guests with the opportunity to spend their vacation in a welcoming friendly atmosphere. There are 4 apartments in the ‘agriturismo’, which have one or two bedrooms, private bathrooms, large sitting-rooms, central heating, and large well-equipped kitchens including dishwasher and microwave oven. Outside each apartment there is plenty of space to sit outdoors and there is a convenient car-park.

On two floors. On the ground floor a large dining-room/ kitchen and a large sitting-room overlooking the garden; upstairs two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom.

On two floors. On the ground floor a sitting-room with a small kitchen leading out to a small covered area with an old wood-stove; upstairs a double bedroom and a bathroom.
“Lavender” apartment (98 mq)
On two floors. On the ground floor a large sitting-room with a fireplace and a sofa-bed, a dining-room/ kitchen leading out to a large terrace; upstairs two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom.
“Fleur-de-Lys” apartment (68 mq)
On one floor. A large sitting-room with a sofa-bed, a dining-room/ kitchen, a large covered area outdoors, one double bedroom with bathroom and one single bedroom with bathroom.
